Videos Not Rewound

Patrons will be charged a $1.00 fee for each video returned to the library that is not rewound.

Damaged Items

Any patron returning a Vegreville Centennial Library item damaged beyond "normal wear and tear" will be charged the cost of replacement plus a $5.00 processing fee.

Any patron returning a damaged interlibrary loan item will be billed at the loaning library's rate plus a $5.00 processing fee.

Lost Items

Any patron who has lost a Vegreville Centennial Library item will be charged the cost of replacement plus a $5.00 processing fee.  Should the item be found within the fiscal year, the Library will refund the replacement cost, but not the processing fee.

Any patron who has lost an interlibrary loan item will be charged at the loaning library's rate plus a $5.00 processing fee.  The loaning library's charges will NOT be refunded if the item is found.

Cost for replacing a lost library card is $2.00.
